Adding new Users

2.)  Click on New User in the corner.

3.)  Fill out the information and role of your user and click save changes.

4.)  Now after you hit save changes, you might get an error screen saying the User already exists.  This is when they previously worked for someone else on Ecom and we will have to manually change them over to your account.  So if you do get this please message support with the Email of the VA you are trying to add.

If you need to delete a user/va or change permissions look below.

1.)  On your e-com account dashboard go to Account Settings->Users and click on the trash can to remove the user from your account.

This is also the same area where you can give/change privileges assigned to your VA by clicking in the USER icon located at the most left side of your Actions option.

If you want to track what they listed check out below:

If you want to know the listed products by your VAs, then all you have to do is go to your Ecom-Products-Listed by (click to select your VA's name) Search.   This will give you all the products your VA's listed.
