How do you pay these invoices as they come in?

You will receive an invoice via email as soon as the supplier ships the items to our warehouse. The invoice will have a stripe link and a PayPal link in the top right corner. You will click on one or the other. This will direct you to a new screen. Stripe and PayPal is the only way you can pay the invoice.
