Setup Your Business Entity

There are two options.

1. The most cost efficient way of doing this is to register directly with your state. This will save you fees that some services charge to do this.  All states allow you to register a business online through their website. In order to find where to do this use Google to search for "Register a business name in (Insert your state name)"

2. You can use a service like LegalZoom or one of many other services that will set a business up for you, for a fee. This fee is in addition to the fee you will pay the state to get setup. But this is the easiest way if you've never set a business up and might be worth saving the time figuring out how to find the right place on the state website in which you're setting your company up.
