Recently we have experienced a higher volume of shipment issues. These issues are the result of your items being check in wrong at the Amazon facilities.

We hear you, and we do apologize that you are having these issues in regards to Amazon receiving your products. When we are creating the shipping plans we are creating them when we receive the products from our suppliers. Before working on the shipment we have someone verifying what is on the shipping plan, if there are any discrepancies for any reason we adjust the total amount before authorizing the shipment. After everything is prepped and labeled we do a final count of the items to make sure that once again every thing is accounted for. Now what happens after it leaves our facility is between Amazon and you. When you see shipments that are short than what the shipment states then you have to file a claim with Amazon on that shipment they will begin an investigation. Once this is completed and they confirmed their investigation, if Amazon finds themselves at fault, they will credit you for the price you paid for the lost product (not the retail value).

There are also times where Amazon states they received more than what was shipped which is for the most part not likely to happen since we only order what is ordered by you as the partner (not saying it can't happen but it is very very rare). I hope this helps you with the issues you are having.

Pictures provided show you how to see what we shipped in each box. Then you will want to make a claim with Amazon.
