FBA Inventory Page: We have released a new page for viewing product specific replenishment data. This page will open in a new tab if you click on Yes/No in the Replenish column on the FBA Inventory Page.

On this page you can enter or edit your replenishment settings, turn Replenish on or off, enter or edit notes about the product for helping determine replenishment, view your backorders for the product, view orders and profits and view a chart with stock and order details. The orders and stock chart will adjust with the Time Period entered in the Replenishment Settings.

If you want to view a different time frame than is set in your settings, enter the time frame you would like to view for stock and orders and click Recalculate. This will show you the data for that time frame without saving the new value to your settings.

The data in the middle column comes from Amazon reports and along with your replenishment settings is what is used for our replenishment recommendation.

On the top of the page if you click on the Asin it will bring you to the Amazon product page and clicking on the SKU will bring you to the portal page for that product to place a replenishment order.

Note: if you have not set your replenishment settings the page will not display most data until the settings have been saved.

You will not be able to save changes to the page if all the replenishment settings have not been entered, so if you want to enter a note or change the replenishment status, the fields for Lead Time, Prep/Ship Time, Safety Stock, Time Period and Reorder Frequency must be filled out first. If they are blank you will receive an error message. If you want to change the replenishment status without setting replenishment settings you can do that through the product details dialogue by clicking on the SKU.

FBA Inventory page: On the top of the page, there are buttons for Exporting and Importing your replenishment settings. When you export all products that are Active in Ecom will be exported with the columns needed to be filled in to save your settings in bulk.

After all data is entered on the sheet save it as an xlsx file and you can import the file. If there are any issues with any of the products they will be noted by row and what the issue is so you can look on the import file and make the needed changes to re-import.

A video of the process can be found here:

to assist in bulk setting your replenishment settings.

FBA Inventory page: A column has been added on this page with our replenishment recommendation and the date to order based on your replenishment settings.

Amazon Business Report: A change had been made to this report changing the header name of the Buy Box Percentage column as it was not working when a file was imported. We adjusted our import to work with the new header title so that column will now import correctly if you import the Business Report to your inventory page.

FBA Inventory page: Added a column to display the data for Amazon Recommended that is directly from Amazon and changed the title of the previous column to Amazon Recommendation Deficit.

The recommendation deficit column takes into account the products you have on Backorder and subtracts them from the quantity in the Amazon Recommendation.

FBA Inventory page: Improved the functionality of the Search Term box so now you can search your inventory by keyword and not just ASIN/SKU.

FBA Inventory page: Changed the Net Profit column to calculate from the BuyBox or 2nd BuyBox (when there is a 2nd BuyBox).
