1. If you would like to upgrade your account or view the existing Ecom subscription tiers, simply login to your Ecom account, click on the drop-down arrow next to your name then click on Profile.

2. Click on Upgrade plan on the next window.

*The Wholesale Wizard is available starting at Saphire subscription plan up to Amethyst.

Please take note that it may take up to 24 hours for us to process and reflect the upgrade on your account.
***If you receive an error message upon processing the upgrade, please click on the blue bubble on bottom right corner and message support for further assistance.
