Q: What is a SKU?
A:  SKU number is your own personal Identification number for the items listed in your store. This will also help you make sure you don't list products with the same SKU and cause error.

Q: What do you recommend in creating a SKU?
A: You can check your item's model number, item ID or any unique identifier of the product and use it as its SKU.

Q: How do I check duplicate SKU in my inventory?
A: You can manually check by plugging your SKU in your Inventory->Search Term-> Search. Result should show up duplicate items if you have any. Another way is to check your back up csv. Once you find the duplicate you can easily go to your inventory and delete one listing.

Q: I noticed I no longer see "OPFI" prefix in current listings. Is this something new?
A:
Yes, along with the launched of new Ecom lay out design, it also eliminated the "opfi" prefix which is no longer needed when listing your items.

Tip to remember:

Always check to make sure that you have a different Sku number for each item you wish to list.  If you are sourcing 10 items and add them to the bucket, they must all have different Sku's, if not then only 1 out of the 10 will be added to Amazon and the other 9 will only add to E-Com. Having the same Sku is usually the issue most user's have so try to avoid having to re-list those items and double check your Sku numbers before listing.
